High School Options Night Part 1: Exploring Private High Schools in SF

For the third year in a row, Aim High is partnering with The SMART Program to bring 8th grade families High School Options Night! This year, High School Options Night will be hosted in two parts:

• Part 1: Exploring Private/Independent High Schools in San Francisco (August 15th)

• Part 2: Finding the Best Fit SFUSD Public and Charter High Schools (September, exact date to be determined)

The focus of this evening will be the introduction and exploration of private high schools in San Francisco. If your child is considering applying to private high schools, please join us for a workshop on the private high school application process, as well as activities designed to help you get a head start on researching and applying. We understand that this process can be overwhelming, but we're here to help you get started early and to stay organized throughout the process.

All families who attend will be entered into a drawing for a chance to walk away with SSAT and HSPT prep books, as well as other fun items!

During this event, information will also be available in Spanish and Chinese. El taller de la escuela secundaria también estará disponible en español. 高中简报还有中文（广东话）的期权。

The Part 2: Public and Charter High School event will be offered in September. If you are also interested in attending that evening, please stay tuned for more information as the date nears!

Participants MUST RSVP in order to attend these events.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

BART - 2 minute walk from Civic Center Bart Station, 5 minute walk from Powell Bart Station

Muni - Lines F, J, K/T, L, M, N, 6, 19, 21, 9 & 9R stop within a 5 minute walk from the building.

Parking - Street parking is available along McAllister St, Stevenson St, and 7th St.
